In 2005, Lewis would take over the driving duties, as Inferno would receive a slight update to its paint scheme, featuring dark red tribal flame patterns on the side panels. Inferno would also be displayed at Monster Jam World Finals V. Afterwards, Inferno would begin running a simple yellow-orange body for the remainder of the season, beginning in Cincinnati. During the former show, the truck would roll over, which in turn resulted in the body being damaged, and later deemed irreparable. The truck would end up only running twice that season, with John Seasock driving the truck in San Antonio, and Fletcher Lewis driving in Cincinnati.

In 2004, Bryan would begin driving Monster Mutt, leaving Inferno without a driver for the 2004 season. Both trucks would tour together for a majority of the season, while Inferno would later be used in Monster Jam World Finals IV, as part of the VIP driving experience. Meanwhile, her husband, Bryan Winston, took over the driving duties. She continued to drive the truck until 2003, when she began driving SoBe. Both Winston and the truck would later make their first televised appearance in Houston. Inferno would enter its first full year of competition the following year, with Kathy Winston driving.
